Where demand on the marketplace is likely to go next, so sellers and their agents can decide what to build. Forecasts are advice only. They never change a price, a listing or a purchase.

No forecast has been published. A useful forecast needs a steady record of purchases and custom requests, and the marketplace does not have enough of either yet. Publishing one now would be a guess dressed up as a number.
Until then, the raw numbers are public on the Observer pages, and custom requests show what buyers are asking for.
